1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Morph VPN service (the “Service”) offered at https://morph-proxy.cc by [Legal name of the business], registered in [Country] at [Registered address] (“Morph”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing a plan or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Morph VPN is a virtual private network service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers. Access is provided as a personal subscription link that you add to Happ, a free third-party application available for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android, Windows, Linux and TV platforms.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You may not purchase or use the Service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any government restricted-party list.
• You are responsible for making sure that using a VPN is lawful where you are.

4. Plans, prices and payment

• You choose the length of your subscription — any number of days from 7 to 365 — before checkout. The price for the chosen period is shown in US dollars on our website at the time of purchase and may include applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
• Each purchase is a one-time payment. Subscriptions do not renew automatically and we never charge you without your action.
• Payments are processed by Whop, our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Your subscription link is displayed on your order page as soon as the payment is confirmed. Your access lasts for the number of days you purchased, counted from the moment of payment. You can always return to your order page from the same device via “My access” on our home page, or ask us for help at [email protected].

6. Personal use and device limit

Each subscription is for personal use and may be used on up to 5 devices at the same time. You may not share, resell or publish your subscription link.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or evade sanctions or export controls;
• send spam, run network attacks, port scans or brute-force attempts;
• distribute malware or access systems without authorization;
• infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties;
• distribute child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these rules. Refunds are not provided for access terminated due to a violation.

8. Refunds

You may request a refund as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Server locations, protocols and features may change over time. We may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts the Service.

10. Third-party applications

Happ is developed and distributed by a third party. Your use of Happ is subject to its own terms, and we are not responsible for its availability or behavior.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with a new date. Changes do not affect subscriptions already paid for.

13. Governing law
